The INOGATE Technical Secretariat organised a capacity building workshop on financing of EE/RES projects in Minsk on December 9 – 13, 2013. The aim of the seminar was to reinforce knowledge and skills of the banking sector employees, to facilitate increase of investment in sustainable energy and to mitigate risks for successful implementation of EE/RES projects. The seminar was organised for the participating bank “BelVEB Bank”. The seminar taught participants hands-on skills for developing and assessing EE/RES financing, including BelSEFF. Facility Consultant, Project Manager from KPMG Belarus, Vasiliy Tarasevich, took part at the seminar and gave a short introduction into the Facility. |
