On 26 June 2014 Open Joint Stock Company "Bank BelVEB" held a seminar on "Advanced technologies of banking customer service for small and medium-sized businesses" in Gomel.

The event was attended by about 40 representatives of enterprises from Gomel, Rechitsa, Mozyr, Zhlobin, Svetlahorsk.

The bank management and officers introduced the modern technologies of banking services.

Vassily Tarasevich, the Project Manager of Belarus Sustainable Energy Finance Facility (BelSEFF) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, participated in this event. He introduced the Facility, its goals and criteria, presented the mechanism of cooperation with EBRD, provided examples of financed projects, answered the questions from the companies representatives.
